J.B. Hamilton Portrait

Judge Joseph B. Hamilton, a native of New York state, was elected the first village president of Neenah in 1856. He later served in the state senate and as a county judge. He died in 1902 at the age of 85. This portrait of Hamilton hangs in the Octagon House.
